The Role

As Sales Manager you will form part of the management team at Aptus and be pivotal in the sustained growth of the business. You will help define and develop the business growth stratagy where your input will be requested and valued. You will lead a team to achieve business growth in both the residential and business sectors according to the growth stratagy agreed upon through leadership, coaching, mentoring and personal development while maintaining excellent customer service and supportive friendly team dynamics.



Key Accountabilities

  • Work with the management team to develop and grow the Atpus brand and business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy for both B2B and B2C
  • Responsible for lead generation and business development.
  • Manage and maintain Sales CRM system and sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profits and margin targets.
  • Manage customer communications giving regard to GDPR.
  • Provide support for the marketing team.
  • Mentor and develop the skills and knowledge of your team.
  • Help improve and develop company process and procedures.



Skills

  • 3+ years management experience.
  • High achiever, relentless in your endeavours to exceed personal and business targets.
  • Strong result driven sales experience.
  • Excellent management, leadership and coaching skills.
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising and product promotion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
  • Understanding of broadband and telephone industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
