The Role
As Business Development Executive you will form a key part of the sales team at Aptus, with responsibility for B2B sales of Aptus full business telecoms solutions portfolio, including Fibre Broadband, Business Telephony, Bespoke Wi-Fi, Broadband Backup and failover solutions. You will work closely with the engineering team to collaborate on bespoke solutions for our customer base using the latest technology, while at the same time have the backup of our award-winning customer service team giving you confidence in your sales and achieving your sales targets.
Key Responsibilites
- Develop a pipeline of potential SME clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present Aptus Broadband and Phone solutions, to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirement and present them with the best, most cost-effective solution.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work with internal teams to ensure profession delivery of services, in line with Aptus standard of excellent customer service.
- Keep up to date with the broadband and telephone industry.
- Continue to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.
Skills
- 2 years B2B sales experience.
- High achiever, relentless in your endeavours to exceed personal and business targets.
- Strong result driven sales experience.
- Understanding of marketing, advertising and product promotion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Having an interest in technology is a distinct advantage.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
