Installation, Broadband, and Phone Porting
SEPA Direct Debit Mandate

Aptus customers are required to have a direct debit in place in order to pay for their Broadband and Phone services. Please complete the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate below. If your account required two signatures or if your account is located outside of the Republic of Ireland, you will need to complete a paper mandate.
Direct Debit Terms and Conditions
Please note that as you have signed up online and have not signed a paper mandate, you authorise (A) Aptus Ltd to send instructions to your bank to debit your account, and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from Aptus Ltd.
As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed withing 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can receive from your bank.
