Note	This charge applies where a customer missed a scheduled engineers appointment (installation, service call, upgrade, relocation, removal) and another appointment needs to be scheduled to complete the work. Appointment can be cancelled / rescheduled without charge up to 17:00 on the previous day.

No additional charge will apply for data used in excess of the daily “Fair Usage Data Allowance”

Daily “Fair Usage Data Allowance” is measure for a 24 hr period starting midnight and It resets every midnight.
