This page answers the most frequently asked questions about direct debits with Aptus. The answers are specific to Aptus customer accounts only and do not apply to any other broadband provider.
To update your Direct Debit Mandate, please contact accounts@aptus.ie or alternatively by dialling 059 9158030 and select Option 3.
IBAN and BIC are payment standards that were introduced as part of the single Payments area of the EU (SEPA) that allows electronic payments to be processed across Europe.
IBAN is the International Bank Account Number as is part of the SEPA payments standard. This assists cross border payments within the EU. Example IBAN: IE85BOFI91267834545345
BIC is the Bank Identifier Code. The BIC code replaces your sort code and when used with the IBAN it identifies your specific bank. Example BIC: BOFIIE2DXXX
Your BIC and IBAN code can be found on your bank account or alternatively you can contact your bank.
