Get answers to the most frequently asked questions about your online bill with Aptus. The answers are specific to Aptus customer accounts only and do not apply to any other broadband provider.

How can I get my bill?

You will receive an invoice on the 1st of every month by email & payment is taken by Direct Debit around the 15th of every month. View your bills online in your My Aptus account and print them free of charge.

Why do we have paperless billing?

When do I pay my bill?

You will be invoiced for your service on the 1st of every month. Payment is taken by Direct Debit around the 15th of every month. Please ensure that your Direct Debit is up to date or else your service may be interrupted.

How do I download a copy of my online bill?

In My Aptus your bill can be downloaded or viewed on screen. Once downloaded as a PDF you will need a PDF viewer to open your bills. Once your bill has been downloaded, it can be printer from your computer.
