What is the minimum contract period?

The minimum contract period for our service is 12 months, after which there is a 30-day rolling contract.

How do I pay for my Aptus Broadband?

We only accept payments through Direct Debit and a Direct Debit Mandate needs to be in place at all times.

What is the total monthly cost?
