Do I need a phone line for Aptus to work?

No, a land line is not required.  Aptus uses advanced fixed wireless broadband which means that we put an aerial on the outside of your house that connects you wirelessly to our network.

Can Aptus Broadband supply phone packages?

Yes, Aptus Broadband supplies phone and broadband packages. Our phone packages allow you to make unlimited national and UK landline calls, as well as a limited number of minutes to Irish mobiles. Can I connect my house alarm to my Aptus phone package?

No, if your house alarm is connected by a landline, this is will not connect with an Aptus phone.

Can I connect my personal alarm to my Aptus phone package?

No, you cannot connect your personal alarm to your Aptus phone.

How does the phone work?
